Description

Killer Maple Mustard Croissant Breakfast Sandwiches are a mouthwatering combination of flaky croissants, savory bacon, fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and a sweet and tangy maple mustard sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, sliced in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard to make the sauce. Set aside.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  3. Crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over easy, or scrambled).
