Description

Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups are a low-carb twist on the classic sandwich, featuring thinly sliced beef, sautéed peppers, and melted cheese rolled up in deli roast beef slices or grilled steak strips.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Optional: 8 slices deli roast beef (for easier rolling if not using whole steak)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until soft and caramelized, about 7-8 minutes.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Lay out a slice of provolone cheese on each piece of steak or deli beef.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef and pepper mixture on one end of the cheese-topped steak and roll it up tightly.
  5. Optional: Place roll ups in a baking dish and broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm as a low-carb main or appetizer.

Notes

  • Use deli roast beef for faster prep and easier rolling.
  • Try with pepper jack or mozzarella for a different cheese flavor.
  • Great for meal prep—reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture.
