Jello Roll Ups are a fun, kid-friendly no-bake treat made with just two ingredients—jello and marshmallows. These colorful, chewy roll ups are easy to make and perfect for parties or lunchbox surprises.

- 1 (3 oz) box flavored gelatin (any color/flavor)
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, add the gelatin powder and boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Add miniature marshmallows and microwave for 30–45 seconds. Stir until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm.
- Once set, gently lift the jello sheet out of the dish. Starting at one short end, roll tightly into a log.
- Use a sharp knife to slice into 1-inch thick roll ups. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
Notes
- Use different jello flavors for a variety of colors and tastes.
- To make layered roll ups, let one flavor set halfway, then pour a second flavor on top.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
