Description

Jello Roll Ups are a fun, kid-friendly no-bake treat made with just two ingredients—jello and marshmallows. These colorful, chewy roll ups are easy to make and perfect for parties or lunchbox surprises.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) box flavored gelatin (any color/flavor)
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the gelatin powder and boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add miniature marshmallows and microwave for 30–45 seconds. Stir until the marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Let cool slightly, then refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until firm.
  5. Once set, gently lift the jello sheet out of the dish. Starting at one short end, roll tightly into a log.
  6. Use a sharp knife to slice into 1-inch thick roll ups. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.

Notes

  • Use different jello flavors for a variety of colors and tastes.
  • To make layered roll ups, let one flavor set halfway, then pour a second flavor on top.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
