Description

These Jello Candy Melts are sweet, fruity, and easy to make with just three ingredients! The Jello gives them vibrant colors and bold flavors, making them perfect for parties, gifts, or fun treats.

Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 1 (3 oz) box flavored Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or candy melts)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Mix in Jello powder: Stir in 2 tablespoons of the Jello powder until fully combined. The mixture will take on the Jello’s color and flavor.
  • Pipe or mold the melts:
    • Pour into silicone candy molds for shaped candies.
    • OR, pipe small circles onto parchment paper for free-form candy melts.
  • Set the candies: Let them harden at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes to speed up the process.

  • Serve & store: Once firm, remove from molds and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • More intense flavor? Add an extra ½ tablespoon of Jello powder.
  • Color variations: Use different Jello flavors for a rainbow of candy melts.

  • Want a glossy finish? Brush with a little melted coconut oil before serving.
