- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cream Cheese Spread
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and Parmesan until smooth.
Step 2: Assemble the Pinwheels
- Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Layer provolone cheese, followed by salami, pepperoni, and ham.
- Sprinkle with roasted red peppers and add a few baby spinach leaves.
Step 3: Roll & Chill
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log, making sure everything stays in place.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour (this helps them hold their shape).
Step 4: Slice & Serve
- Unwrap and cut into 1-inch slices using a sharp knife.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or keep chilled until ready to serve.

- Make-Ahead Tip: Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours before slicing.
- Low-Carb Option: Use low-carb tortillas or wrap in lettuce leaves instead.
- Extra Flavor: Add banana peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, or pesto for a twist.
- Serving Idea: Serve with marinara sauce or Italian dressing for dipping!
