Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-sized)
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup (90g) shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup (120g) dill pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the diced onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
    • Add the ground beef and minced garlic, breaking up the meat with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat, if needed.
    • Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Assemble the Burrito:
    • Warm the tortillas in the microwave or a dry skillet to make them more pliable.
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1 tbsp each of mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup in the center.
    • Add a generous amount of cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced pickles.
  3. Wrap the Burrito:
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a burrito. Make sure the filling is snug.
  4. Grill the Burrito:
    • For a crispy exterior, heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place the burrito seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve:
    • Cut in half and serve hot, with extra ketchup, mustard, or a side of fries for the full burger experience!

Notes

  • Make it spicy: Add sliced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce inside the burrito.
  • Make it low-carb: Use low-carb tortillas or wrap the filling in lettuce leaves.
  • Storage: Store leftover filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat and assemble fresh burritos as needed.
