- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Mix the dip:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, smoked Gouda, cheddar, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined. Fold in most of the crumbled bacon and green onions, reserving some for garnish.
- Bake the dip:
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the reserved bacon and green onions. Serve immediately with crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies.
Notes
- For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a few dashes of hot sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
