Ingredients
-
2 flatbreads (naan or store-bought pizza crusts)
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
-
Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
For the Hot Honey:
-
1/4 cup honey
-
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (like Frank’s or sriracha)
-
Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Prep flatbreads: Place flatbreads on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush over the flatbreads.
-
Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over each flatbread. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
-
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden.
-
Make hot honey: While pizzas bake, combine honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave briefly until warm. Stir in chili flakes if using.
-
Finish pizzas: Remove from oven, drizzle generously with hot honey, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
-
Slice and serve warm!
Notes
-
Add toppings like pepperoni, prosciutto, or roasted veggies if you like.
-
Want it cheesier? Add a few dollops of ricotta or goat cheese before baking.
-
You can also grill the flatbreads for a smoky twist!
