Description

These Hot Honey Garlic Flatbread Pizzas are the perfect weeknight dinner or party snack. Crispy flatbread is topped with garlicky olive oil, melty mozzarella, and drizzled with spicy-sweet hot honey. Every bite is cheesy, bold, and slightly addictive—ready in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (naan or store-bought pizza crusts)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

For the Hot Honey:

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (like Frank’s or sriracha)

  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Prep flatbreads: Place flatbreads on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush over the flatbreads.

  3. Add cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over each flatbread. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden.

  5. Make hot honey: While pizzas bake, combine honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan over low heat or microwave briefly until warm. Stir in chili flakes if using.

  6. Finish pizzas: Remove from oven, drizzle generously with hot honey, and sprinkle with fresh herbs.

  7. Slice and serve warm!

Notes

  • Add toppings like pepperoni, prosciutto, or roasted veggies if you like.

  • Want it cheesier? Add a few dollops of ricotta or goat cheese before baking.

  • You can also grill the flatbreads for a smoky twist!
