Description

Hot Honey Feta Chicken is a bold and flavorful dish where tender chicken is topped with a creamy feta layer and drizzled with spicy hot honey, creating a delicious balance of heat, tang, and sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tsp hot sauce (like sriracha or chili flakes, to taste)
  • Chopped parsley or thyme, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment or lightly grease it.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Place in prepared dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix feta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and garlic powder until combined. Spread evenly over each chicken breast.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While chicken is baking, heat honey and hot sauce together in a small saucepan over low heat until warm and combined.
  6. Drizzle hot honey over baked chicken just before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.

  • Adjust the amount of hot sauce in the honey to control spice level.
