Serve it with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies for dipping!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g (1/2 cup) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 60 g (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey (or regular honey + 1 teaspoon hot sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons chili crunch (like Lao Gan Ma or any crispy chili oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon green onions or chives, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon crispy bacon bits (optional, for extra crunch)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

🥣 Making the Dip:

  1. Mix the Base:

    • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
    • Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or a whisk.
  2. Add Flavors:

    • Stir in the hot honey, chili crunch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Adjust Spice Level:

    • Taste and add more hot honey or chili crunch if you want extra heat and sweetness.
  4. Chill (Optional):

    • For best results, refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

🍽️ Serving the Dip:

  1. Garnish:

    • Sprinkle with chopped green onions or chives and crispy bacon bits, if using.
    • Drizzle a bit more hot honey and a spoonful of chili crunch on top for presentation.
  2. Serve with:

    • Crackers, pita chips, tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or warm bread.

Notes

  • Make it ahead: This dip can be made 1-2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • For a lighter version: Substitute Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise.
  • Extra crunch: Top with toasted sesame seeds or crushed nuts.
