Description

Honey Ricotta Peach Crostini with Crispy Pancetta is a flavorful summer appetizer featuring toasted baguette slices topped with creamy ricotta, sweet peaches, crispy pancetta, and a drizzle of honey.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz pancetta, diced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  2. Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pancetta until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  4. Spread a generous spoonful of ricotta on each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Top with a few slices of peach and a sprinkle of crispy pancetta.
  6. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

  • Use nectarines or figs as a peach alternative.
