Description

These Honey Mustard Grilled Pork Chops are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The sweet and tangy honey mustard marinade caramelizes perfectly on the grill, making this a go-to recipe for summer cookouts or quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

For the Marinade:

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Pork Chops:

  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Vegetable oil or cooking spray (for grill)

Instructions

  • Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.

  • Marinate the Pork Chops:
Place pork chops in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chops, turning to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.

  • Preheat the Grill:
Heat grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Clean and lightly oil the grates.

  • Grill the Pork Chops:
Remove pork chops from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Grill 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. For nice grill marks, don’t move them around too much.

  • Rest & Serve:
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • You can use boneless pork chops or pork loin, but adjust cooking time accordingly.

  • Great served with grilled vegetables, corn on the cob, or a crisp green salad.

  • Leftovers? Slice up the pork for sandwiches or salads the next day.
