Ingredients
For the Marinade:
-
1/4 cup honey
-
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Pork Chops:
-
4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
-
Salt, to taste
-
Vegetable oil or cooking spray (for grill)
Instructions
-
Make the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. -
Marinate the Pork Chops:
Place pork chops in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chops, turning to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours. -
Preheat the Grill:
Heat grill to medium-high (about 400°F). Clean and lightly oil the grates. -
Grill the Pork Chops:
Remove pork chops from marinade and pat dry. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Grill 4–5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. For nice grill marks, don’t move them around too much.
-
Rest & Serve:
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
-
You can use boneless pork chops or pork loin, but adjust cooking time accordingly.
-
Great served with grilled vegetables, corn on the cob, or a crisp green salad.
-
Leftovers? Slice up the pork for sandwiches or salads the next day.
