A quick and easy homemade ranch seasoning mix that’s perfect for adding zesty flavor to dips, dressings, and marinades.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup dry buttermilk powder
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tbsp dried dill weed
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  2. Transfer the mix to an airtight container or jar.
  3. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
  4. Use about 2 tablespoons of mix per cup of sour cream or Greek yogurt for dip, or whisk into buttermilk and mayonnaise for dressing.

Notes

  • Adjust the salt and pepper to taste.
  • For a finer texture, pulse the mix in a food processor.
  • Great as a seasoning for roasted veggies or chicken.
