A zesty and tangy homemade cocktail sauce perfect for serving with shrimp, oysters, or other seafood – quick to make and full of bold flavor.

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish (more or less to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using).
- Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- Adjust horseradish and hot sauce to control heat level.
- Can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
- Great for shrimp cocktail, crab cakes, or fried seafood.
