Homemade Baked Pita Chips are crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned snacks made from pita bread. They’re an easy and healthier alternative to store-bought chips, ideal for dipping or snacking on their own.

- 4 pita bread rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika or za’atar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut each pita round into 8 triangles using a pizza cutter or knife.
- If desired, separate the pita layers for extra-thin chips.
- Place the pita triangles in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and any additional seasonings you like, then toss again.
- Arrange the pita pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
