Description

These homemade 3 Musketeers bars are soft, fluffy, and covered in a rich chocolate coating—just like the store-bought version, but even better! With only 3 main ingredients, this no-bake candy bar is super easy to make and perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (230g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff (or 1 1/2 cups homemade marshmallow cream)
  • 1 (10 oz) bag milk chocolate melting wafers (or additional chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil for coating)

Instructions

1. Make the Fluffy Filling

  1. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Fold in the marshmallow fluff and mix until fully combined.

2. Shape & Freeze

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the chocolate-marshmallow mixture into the dish and smooth it out evenly.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes, or until firm.
  4. Once set, remove from the dish and cut into 12 rectangular bars.

3. Coat in Chocolate

  1. Melt milk chocolate wafers in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip each bar into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  3. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.

4. Serve & Enjoy

  • Enjoy at room temperature or chilled for a firmer bite!

Notes

  • Make it dairy-free: Use dairy-free chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top before the chocolate sets.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
