Description

These high-protein healthy strawberry cheesecake bites are a no-bake, bite-sized treat packed with creamy flavor and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • Optional: extra crushed graham crackers or freeze-dried strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the diced strawberries.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion the mixture into small silicone molds or mini muffin liners.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top of each bite.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
