- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, banana, frozen berries, spinach, chia seeds, almond butter, and honey (if using) into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Customize the sweetness by adding more honey or skipping it entirely.
- For added protein, include a scoop of protein powder or Greek yogurt.
