4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (if baking) or set a skillet on medium heat (for stovetop method).
