These Healthy Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps are a delicious and easy meal packed with protein and fresh veggies. Juicy grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, and a lightened-up ranch dressing are wrapped in a soft tortilla, making this a perfect lunch or quick dinner!

For the Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Wraps:
- 4 whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
For the Healthy Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp buttermilk (or milk)
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoning mixture and let marinate for 10-15 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).
Step 2: Grill the Chicken
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and spray lightly with oil.
- Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Step 3: Make the Healthy Ranch Dressing
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and dried parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper, and stir until smooth.
Step 4: Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tbsp of ranch dressing over the center.
- Layer lettuce, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onions, and cheese (if using).
- Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!
- Serve immediately, or grill the wrap for 1-2 minutes per side to get a crispy exterior.
- Slice in half and enjoy with extra ranch dressing for dipping!
