- 1/4 cup (60 g) mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for a sweet touch)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crackers:
- Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix the sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and honey (if using). Spread a small dollop of the sauce on each cracker.
- Layer the toppings:
- Place half a slice of ham on each cracker, followed by a quarter slice of Swiss cheese.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve:
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley or a sprinkle of poppy seeds, if desired. Serve warm.
