Description

Ground Turkey and Zucchini Skillet is a healthy, low-carb, and quick one-pan meal featuring lean ground turkey, fresh zucchini, and aromatic spices — perfect for a light and satisfying dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchinis, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in bell pepper and zucchini, cooking for 7-8 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season with Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan if desired and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve hot.
