Description

Grinch Fudge is a festive, no-bake holiday treat with a creamy green vanilla base, inspired by the Grinch, and topped with a single red heart sprinkle for a fun and whimsical touch.


Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Red heart sprinkles (for decoration)
  • Butter or non-stick spray (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Grease an 8×8-inch square baking pan and line with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and green food coloring until you achieve your desired shade of Grinch green.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Press a single red heart sprinkle into the center or randomly place several hearts on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
