Description

Tender grilled salmon fillets topped with a zesty garlic lime butter sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, and chopped parsley until well combined.
  3. Place salmon on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Remove salmon from grill and immediately top each fillet with a generous dollop of garlic lime butter.
  5. Let rest for a minute to melt the butter, then serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
  • For indoor cooking, grill salmon in a grill pan or bake in oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
  • Add a pinch of chili flakes to the butter for a spicy kick.
  • Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
