Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Let rest for a minute to melt the butter, then serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
- For indoor cooking, grill salmon in a grill pan or bake in oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes to the butter for a spicy kick.
- Serve with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
