- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 204°C).
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Carefully flip and grill for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use a fish spatula to flip the salmon easily without breaking it apart.
- For extra flavor, grill on a cedar plank soaked in water for at least 1 hour.
