These Grilled Chicken Tenders are quick, easy, and full of flavor. Marinated in a simple mix of oil, vinegar, and seasonings, they cook up tender and juicy every time. Perfect for a light lunch, kid-friendly dinner, or meal prep!
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs chicken tenderloins (or sliced boneless chicken breasts)

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional: 1/2 tsp smoked paprika or chili flakes for extra flavor
Instructions

Make the marinade:
In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and any optional spices. -
Marinate the chicken:
Add chicken tenders to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for more flavor). -
Preheat the grill:
Heat grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates. -
Grill the tenders:
Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 3–4 minutes per side, or until nicely browned and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F). -
Serve:
Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Great with dips, on salads, or in wraps!
