- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 4 sandwich buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or your choice of sandwich sauce
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
- Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for 1–2 minutes.
- Spread mayonnaise or your preferred sauce on the buns.
- Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken, and cheese if using.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
