  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat (about 350°F/175°C).
  2. Pat chicken leg quarters dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken leg quarters.
