- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F / 190–200°C).
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme (if using).
- Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
Notes
- Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours for extra flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked, juicy chicken.
