Description

Grilled Chicken Breasts are a versatile and healthy protein option, seasoned to perfection and grilled until juicy and tender. Ideal for salads, sandwiches, or as a main course.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F / 190–200°C).
  2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for uniform cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme (if using).
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place chicken on the grill and cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

  • Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to 2 hours for extra flavor.
  • Use a meat thermometer for perfectly cooked, juicy chicken.
  • Great for meal prep – store cooked chicken in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Try different seasoning blends like Cajun, lemon pepper, or BBQ rub.
