- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional, for topping)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Dip:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and cheddar cheese until evenly combined.
Bake the Dip:
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top, if using.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
- Remove the dish from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley.
- Serve warm with celery sticks, carrots, crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping.
