Ingredients

2. Spicy Street Dog
Toppings:

1/4 cup grilled or sautéed onions and jalapeños

Crumbled queso fresco or cotija

1 tbsp chipotle mayo or sriracha

3. Caprese Dog
Toppings:

Sliced cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Grill or cook hot dogs:
Grill hot dogs over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until heated through and slightly charred, or cook according to your preferred method. -
