These Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are soft, buttery, and packed with melted mozzarella cheese inside a golden, flaky biscuit. Brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with herbs, they make the perfect appetizer, snack, or side dish for pizza night!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury Grands)
  • 8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prepare Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-inch circle.

Step 2: Stuff the Biscuit Bombs

  1. Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each dough circle.
  2. Fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  3. Place the sealed side down on the baking sheet.

Step 3: Brush with Garlic Butter

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit bomb.

Step 4: Bake & Serve

  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
  3. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
