Gingerbread Muffins

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions:
Preheat Oven and Prepare Muffin Tin: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, molasses, milk, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.

Add Dry Ingredients: Add the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and cloves to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined; do not overmix.
Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
