For the Chocolate Topping:
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Make the Chocolate Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- Place the crust in the freezer to set while preparing the filling.
2. Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust, spreading it evenly. Place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
3. Make the Chocolate Topping:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.

4. Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 more hours, or until fully set.
- Slice and enjoy your Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie!
Notes
- For an extra crunch, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate layer before it sets.
- This pie is very rich, so small slices are recommended!
