Description

These Garlic Ritz Snacks are buttery, garlicky, and perfectly crisp. Made with Ritz crackers coated in a flavorful garlic butter mixture, they’re an easy, addictive snack or appetizer perfect for parties, movie nights, or a quick bite.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

Prepare the Coating:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.

Coat the Crackers:

  1. Place the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each cracker generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  2. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it evenly over the crackers.

Bake the Crackers:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and fragrant.

Serve:

  1. Allow the crackers to cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

  • Make it Spicy: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the butter mixture for a kick.
  • Storage: Store cooled crackers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
  • Customization: Swap Parmesan for shredded cheddar or sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning for a twist.
