- 1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb (450g) steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 1/2 cup (60g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the Chicken and Steak:
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned. Set aside with the chicken.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Season with additional salt and black pepper, if needed.

Combine and Bake:
- Place the browned chicken and steak in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the meat, tossing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot with pasta, rice, or a side of roasted vegetables.
