Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheese Bombs are soft, fluffy, and filled with gooey melted cheese, then brushed with garlic butter and sprinkled with Parmesan. These quick and easy cheese-stuffed rolls make the perfect appetizer, snack, or side dish for any occasion!

For the Cheese Bombs:

  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 810 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1/2-inch each)
  • 1 tbsp flour (for dusting, optional)

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

For Garnish (Optional):

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stuff the Biscuits:

  • Lightly flour a work surface and separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly and place one mozzarella cube in the center.
  • Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

3. Bake Until Golden:

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

4. Brush with Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan.
  • Brush over the hot cheese bombs.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping!



Notes

Make It Extra Cheesy: Add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella on top before baking.
Spicy Version: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
Storage: Best eaten fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated.
