- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Steak Bites
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter.
- Season steak cubes with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Add steak bites to the hot skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Step 3: Combine & Serve
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic cream sauce.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes to coat the steak in the creamy sauce.
