- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Steak Bites
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes, and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
