- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, and stir in the minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the skillet to ensure a good sear; cook in batches if needed.
- Use a meat thermometer if precise doneness is desired: 130°F for medium-rare.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a side salad for a complete meal.
