Description

Tender and juicy garlic butter steak bites that are quick to cook and bursting with flavor, perfect as a main dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, and stir in the minced garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the skillet to ensure a good sear; cook in batches if needed.
  • Use a meat thermometer if precise doneness is desired: 130°F for medium-rare.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a side salad for a complete meal.
