Description

A healthy and flavorful one-pan meal made with ground turkey, cauliflower, and a savory garlic butter sauce. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (optional, for steam)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Push the turkey to the side and melt butter in the pan.
  4. Add garlic and onion, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
  5. Stir in cauliflower florets and season with paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add chicken broth if needed, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is tender.
  7. Stir everything together and cook uncovered for another 2-3 minutes to reduce any excess liquid.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • You can substitute cauliflower with broccoli or a mix of both.
