- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Garlic Butter Glaze:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven: Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.- Roll out the dough: Lightly flour a surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12×10-inch rectangle.
- Add toppings: Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over half of the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and crumbled bacon on top.
- Fold and cut: Fold the dough in half lengthwise, pressing gently. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
- Twist the strips: Take each strip and twist it several times before placing it on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
- Make garlic butter glaze: While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush and serve: Once out of the oven, brush twists with the garlic butter mixture. Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping!
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle twists with more Parmesan before baking.
- Swap Alfredo for marinara or ranch dressing for a different flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
