Perfect for game days, parties, or a fun twist on pizza night!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Twists:

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

For the Garlic Butter Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven:
Set to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the dough: Lightly flour a surface and roll out the pizza dough into a 12×10-inch rectangle.
  • Add toppings: Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over half of the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and crumbled bacon on top.
  • Fold and cut: Fold the dough in half lengthwise, pressing gently. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
  • Twist the strips: Take each strip and twist it several times before placing it on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
  • Make garlic butter glaze: While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt.
  • Brush and serve: Once out of the oven, brush twists with the garlic butter mixture. Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, sprinkle twists with more Parmesan before baking.
  • Swap Alfredo for marinara or ranch dressing for a different flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5 minutes.
