Description

Fun and chewy cookies packed with Fruity Pebbles cereal for a colorful, sweet treat that’s perfect for kids and nostalgic adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  4. Gently fold in Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips, if using.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are set.
  7. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Roll dough balls in extra Fruity Pebbles for a more vibrant look.
  • Cookies can be frozen before or after baking.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
