- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
- Mini muffin liners or silicone mold
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract (if using).
- Place mini muffin liners or a silicone mold on a tray or baking sheet.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture into each liner.
- Top each with a few mixed berries.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
