Description

Frozen Berry Yogurt Bites are a healthy, refreshing snack made with creamy yogurt and sweet mixed berries. Perfect for kids and adults alike, these bite-sized treats are ideal for hot days or quick grab-and-go snacks.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)
  • Mini muffin liners or silicone mold

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract (if using).
  2. Place mini muffin liners or a silicone mold on a tray or baking sheet.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture into each liner.
  4. Top each with a few mixed berries.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy release and cleanup.
  • Try flavored yogurt for a different twist—strawberry or blueberry works great.
  • Great for meal prep—make a batch and keep them on hand for quick snacks.
