- 1 cup crushed ice
For the garnish:
- Granulated sugar (for rimming the glass)
- Lemon wedge (for rimming the glass)
- Fresh raspberries and lemon slice (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the glass:
- Run a lemon wedge around the rim of a martini or coupe glass.
- Dip the rim into a shallow plate of granulated sugar to coat. Set aside.
- Mix the cocktail:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries until they release their juices.
- Add the vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and crushed ice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain and serve:
