- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup tomato sauce (or canned diced tomatoes, blended)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for extra depth)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or dried oregano & basil)
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for smoky flavor)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil
- Extra Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Cook the Spaghetti
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
- Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.
2. Fry the Sausages & Garlic
- Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned and crispy (3-4 minutes).
- Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Fry the Spaghetti
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, tossing with the sausages.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crispy.
4. Add the Sauce & Finish
- Pour in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to coat the spaghetti.
- Simmer for 2 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
