Description

Fried S’mores Bombs combine the classic flavors of marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers with a crispy, golden fried exterior. Serve them warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a side of chocolate sauce for an extra-special touch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 8 squares of chocolate (milk or dark)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough: Flatten each biscuit round into a disc. Place one marshmallow and one square of chocolate in the center of each piece of dough.
  • Assemble the Bombs: Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  • Coat with Graham Crumbs: Roll each dough-wrapped s’mores bomb in graham cracker crumbs until fully coated.
  • Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the bombs into the hot oil in batches, frying for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Drain and Serve: Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.

Notes

  • Be sure the biscuit dough is sealed well around the marshmallow and chocolate to prevent any leaking during frying.
  • You can substitute biscuit dough with crescent roll dough if preferred.
  • These treats are best enjoyed fresh and warm but can be reheated briefly in the oven or microwave.
