Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together oil and sugar until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
  6. Fold in chopped apples and nuts (if using).
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread evenly.
