Ingredients

Units Scale
    • 3 cups granulated sugar
    • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
    • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
    • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    • Prepare the Pan:
Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    • Cook the Sugar Mixture:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a rolling boil.

    • Boil & Stir:

    • Add Marshmallow Creme & Vanilla:
Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth and creamy.

    • Mix in Nuts (Optional):
If using, fold in chopped walnuts.

    • Pour & Set:
Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Let it cool at room temperature for about 2 hours until firm.

    • Cut & Serve:
Slice into small squares and enjoy!
