Description

This warm, creamy dip combines spinach, artichokes, and a blend of cheeses for the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Perfect for parties, game days, or a comforting appetizer, it’s ready in no time and always a hit!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 100 g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 50 g (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (240 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (240 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (400 g / 14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 150 g (1 cup) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (or 2 cups fresh spinach, sautéed and chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
    • Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, spinach, and artichokes. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake the Dip:
    • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
    • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  4. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables like carrot sticks and celery.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
  • Make it ahead: Assemble the dip up to a day in advance, cover, and refrigerate. Bake just before serving.
  • For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
