- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a small baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
- Mix the Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, spinach, and artichokes. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake the Dip:
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, baguette slices, or fresh vegetables like carrot sticks and celery.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of hot sauce.
- Make it ahead: Assemble the dip up to a day in advance, cover, and refrigerate. Bake just before serving.
- For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt in place of mayonnaise.
